This is one question market analysts encounter every single day.
@narendrapjoshi I have no idea. Market is volatile and Avoid

My answer has not changed for a while now -
This is on Feb 04 2016:
Any asset is either buy on dips (Bull market) or Sell on rally (Bear Market)
In volatile times - it is Avoid.

The fundamental question: Is it safe to invest in the market right now?
Nobody knows....Charts damaged and Market continues to be avoid

This tweet - Jan 14 2016:
Charting is excellent because it tells you when to avoid certain things...right now it's screaming: AVOID. The rule: When in doubt, stay out
— Deepak Singh (@smarket) January 14, 2016
If I have to explain visually - reading market right now is like driving a car with no visibility. One can still drive with conviction but common sense suggests - it's time to either go slow or take shelter and let the storm pass. The market movements are all over the place and will continue to be so for some time now.
Technical Analysis is a Visual Science. You have to see and tell but when you cannot see, you have, to be honest enough to admit that it's not clear. Remember the famous rule: When in doubt, stay out
